We begin preparing your order immediately and hand it to the courier within 2 calendar days of ordering, weekends included. Delivery takes about a week, and rarely longer than 10 days.
However, in unfortunate instances your order may be delayed due to (i) holidays, (ii) production delays, (iii) courier delays, and (iv) other unexpected outcomes. Restocking hot product can further delay the process.
If your order takes longer than 21-days to arrive in your hands due to our own failure (i.e., not related to circumstances outside of our control, such as postal strikes, weather, etc.), please contact us and we'll provide you a refund.
