Defective, damaged or wrong items return free, including return shipping.
Eligibility
Request a return within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order. Sale items are eligible too. Initial try-on only; return in original condition with tags and original packaging.
Return label
We provide a prepaid label. Fit or change-of-mind refund returns cost US$10.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we begin approved refunds to your original payment method.
