Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return for a refund or an exchange for either (a) the same product in a different size, or (b) a different product in a different size. In case (b), you are responsible for any difference in price from the original purchase amount.

Each item is only eligible for one exchange to prevent abuse of the free exchange benefit.

Return Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Unused beyond the initial try-on, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions. 

How to Start a Return or Exchange Start a request directly through your account at https://account.cultureshockclub.com, or contact us at meow@cultureshockclub.com for return instructions, and we'll reply within 24 hours. Before processing, we'll ask for photo images of the product in its current condition. 

Return Shipping

For returns for a refund due to fit or a change of mind, you pay a flat US$10 return-shipping fee. We cover any remaining return-shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. We provide a prepaid return label.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, visit your account at https://account.cultureshockclub.com, or contact us at meow@cultureshockclub.com.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are free, and we cover the return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, personal care goods, and gift cards. 

Refunds You must return the item to receive a refund. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Once approved, we'll immediately begin the process of refunding  to your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund, depending on return-shipping times.
