Orders are prepared in purchase sequence, and final delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Tracking is issued as soon as the parcel enters the carrier network. Delivery takes about a week, rarely longer than 10 days.

Question 2

returns and exchanges

Accepted Answer

Faulty items
Defective, damaged or wrong items return free, including return shipping.

Eligibility
Request a return within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order. Sale items are eligible too. Initial try-on only; return in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Return label
We provide a prepaid label. Fit or change-of-mind refund returns cost US$10.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we begin approved refunds to your original payment method.

Question 3

garment care

Accepted Answer

Wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry low to protect the cotton body and printed graphic. If needed, iron inside out and never directly over the print.

Question 4

Accepted Answer
